  • The Conference Dinner will take place on Thursday 29th June. Every delegate will receive an invitation in his/her conference bag.
  • In order to accommodate the expected large number of EPAC'06 participants there will be three separate banquet locations: the Royal Museum of Scotland, the Assembly Rooms Music Hall and the Merchants' Hall. See their respective locations here. Tickets will be allocated impartially between the three venues, but help will be given at the conference to allow the exchange of tickets so that participants can attend the banquet at their preferred venue.
  • A vegetarian menu option will be available if required. Please express a preference when registering.
  • Assistance will be provided to guide participants to the banquet locations.
  • Extra banquet tickets may be ordered when registering for the conference and will be available for purchase at the registration office (limited supply only).
