The Registration Fee covers:

• Conference programme booklet
• CD-ROM of proceedings (optional)
• Cocktail Reception
• Conference Banquet
• Coffee breaks

Registration fees are due for all participants, including invited speakers and chairpersons.
A companions' programme will be available during the conference. Please register the name of any accompanying persons who do not require full conference registration on your registration form.

• On site (cash or credit card) - you will have to pay the late registration fee of 370 GBP if you select this method, even if you register before 3 May 2006.

Bank transfers cannot be accepted after 2 June 2006. We are not able to accept personal cheques, company cheques or Eurocheques.
Admission to the Conference is granted only upon receipt of the registration fee. Delegates who have made late payments should bring a proof of payment to the conference on registration.

Cancellation of Registration and Refunds
Any changes and cancellations must be communicated in writing to Naomi Wyles. Upon receipt of a written cancellation notice before 12 June 2006, the total registration fee will be refunded, minus GBP 30 for administrative expenses. No refund can be made for cancellation after this date. Any refunds will be made after the conference.
